Bahrain welcomes Trump's decision on Iran's Revolutionary Guard
The Bahraini Foreign Ministry welcomed the decision by US President Donald Trump to include the Iranian Revolutionary Guards in the list of terrorist organizations.
"The importance of this step is to confront the dangerous role of the IRGC as a factor of instability, a factor of tension and a tool for spreading violence and terrorism in the Middle East and throughout the world," the Bahraini foreign ministry said in a statement. Statement on Monday.
The State Department reiterated its appreciation for the US efforts "to counter Iran's hostile activities and terrorist practices and to interfere negatively in the internal affairs of the countries of the region."
